The Start Conversation tab allows you to compose a single message to a single recipient. Perfect for quick notifications like “your room is ready”, this tool only request the recipients Name, Mobile Number, and the Message.

Start Campaign

The Start Campaign tab allows you to compose a single message to up to 400 recipients. Perfect for mass messaging arrivals, in-house guests, or departures. You can manually add/remove recipients or upload Excel (.xls/.xlsx) files with recipient information.

Campaign History

The Campaign History page shows every single Campaign sent out, and the results of the campaign. Users may analyze the number of responses, response contents/sentiment, and send follow-on messages or campaigns.
