HotSOS (Amadeus) Integration

ACTIVATION
If your team uses Amadeus HotSOS, it's easy to get started with a Whistle integration. Head over to the Company tab, and click on the Integrations section. Once there, scroll down to Task Management Integrations, and Enable HotSOS.
Once enabled, we will assist you in retrieving your team's HotSOS Username and Password, which you will then enter into Whistle.
USING THE INTERFACE
Any time a service request or room rush is sent by a guest via Whistle, you can easily dispatch that to HotSOS! Simply click on the gear icon in the message bubble to get started.
Then, select whether the task is a Service Request or Room Rush.
Afterwards, you will see a window appear, which you will fill out with more information about the task.
Once you've confirmed the task, details and updates will appear directly in Whistle!
