Guest Profile Updates

Whistle is launching a new update with layout changes and upgraded Guest Profiles.

This change in layout does not affect any of the platform’s functionality. Previously the Guest Profile contained the option to close chat, export chat history and block guest, this is now located at the top of the message chat history.

Select the 3 dots next to “Archive” to provide additional options.

Guest Profile Upgrade

The upgraded Guest Profiles now contain the option to message guest through additional service channels such as Email, Facebook Messenger, WhatsApp etc. Upgraded Guest Profile also allows you to manage guest tasks.
