Email Chat

With Email chat, you can now select and link one (1) email address within the Whistle dashboard for real-time communication.

To get started, head to Messaging Services in the Company tab.

Once there, click '+ Use Custom Email Domain'

Then enter the email address which you would like to be linked in Whistle.

When you confirm the email address, it will be sent a verification email. You will need to click on the link in the email to complete the process.

If the email is verified, you will be shown this success page.

Lastly, head back to the Messaging Services section to confirm that the email has been verified. If not, try clicking the refresh button in the Email section to update.
