Conversations

Conversations live in the left sidebar, where you can navigate through all open Conversations. The three main Conversation statuses are: (i) ‘NEW’ - There is a new message from this guest which has not yet been read, (i) ‘READ’ - The most recently received message from this guest has been read, and (iii) ‘REPLIED’ - The most recently received message has been read and the guest has been replied to.

Chatting

You can quickly and easily chat with guests by typing in the message box and pressing enter or clicking ‘Send’. You can also send emojis by clicking on the ‘😊’ icon, or use pre-set templates by clicking on the ‘+’ icon next to the message box. The right sidebar has all guest information, including messaging ID, dates of stay, and notes. You may close a conversation after it is complete, or you may also export it to CSV for your own records.
