WebRezPro Integration

Enabling Integration

Enabling WebRezPro will sync all new reservations and any reservation changes in real-time! This will allow Whistle to automate any arrival, mid-stay, departure messaging, and more!

Simply click Enable in the Integrations section of the Company Settings to get started!


Automating Messages

Once the WebRezPro integration is complete, head over to the Automated Messages section in the Company Settings.


Next, you will need to:

  • Title your automated message
  • Choose your recipients from the drop-down
  • Select whether one-time or recurring
  • Select the day(s) of the week to send the message
  • Select the time of day(s) to send the message
  • Update the message body
  • Click Schedule!


When your message is scheduled, you will see the preview the Automated Messages view. There, you can choose to disable it at any time, as well as click to edit at any time.

Head over to Upcoming Messages to view all scheduled Automated Messages.
