FAQ

How often are reservations synced to Whistle?

  • Reservations are updated every 5 minutes, for each reservation with a check in a Check In date +/- 7 days from Today.
  • Reservations are updated anytime the reservation status changes in Cloudbeds. A status change is one of the following:
    • Confirmed
    • Confirmation Pending
    • Cancelled
    • In-House
    • Checked Out
    • No Show

Does the integration support MyGroup (group association) properties?

  • Yes, if you are logged in as a Cloudbeds group admin each property in the group will be connected to your Whistle Dashboard.
